We cover Bexleyheath, meaning DA6, DA7 and DA16, plus the neighbouring postcodes, all on one price list. A bedroom carpet is £36 whether it sits in a 1930s semi near the Broadway, a village house by the Cray or a terrace in Erith. Each area has its own page with the local detail, and they are worth a look before you book.
The six areas we visit most

|---|---|---|
| Barnehurst | DA7 | Tenancy cleans, spring carpet work, interwar semis |
| Welling | DA16 | Weekly cleaning, ovens, sashes in the conservation area |
| Blackfen | DA15 | Long-held weekday slots, ranges, flats over the parade |
| Old Bexley | DA5 | Period-house deep cleans, carpets priced after a look |
| Northumberland Heath | DA8 | Tenancy cleans, key-safe regulars, houses up steps |
| Erith | DA8 | Landlord turnarounds, deep cleans, morning carpet slots |
Same prices everywhere
A single oven is £77 in any kitchen on the round. Tenancy cleans follow one bedroom scale, studio £156 through to four-bed £425. A weekly cleaner is £23 an hour (£24 fortnightly), and deep cleans start at £186. One-off work has a £67 minimum that most jobs clear easily, and regular visits are booked for three hours or more. The price list has every figure, while what each job involves is on the services page.
Outside these six
These are the places we go most, not a boundary. Work also comes in from Bexley Village and Falconwood, from Slade Green and Belvedere down by the river, and from Crayford out towards Dartford, and we take it. Call 020 8077 2940 with your road name and we will tell you there and then whether we can come.
What changes the timing
Access comes first. Most homes have a drive, so the van can pull straight in, and flats above the Broadway shops get early starts.
Windows come next. Bexley has sixteen conservation areas, Old Bexley, Crayford and Welling among them, where many homes keep their original single-glazed sashes. They mist and mark more than modern glazing and need cleaning by hand, which adds time to a deep clean but nothing to the bill.
Then storage. People here keep a lot in garages and utility rooms, and a full clean can lose forty minutes to shifting boxes before we reach the floor. Mention it and we will book the extra time.
Hard water, right across the borough
The whole borough gets hard water, drawn from chalk and the tidal Thames catchment. Shower screens cloud over in a couple of years, kettles fur up, and limescale is what people ask about most on a first visit. Descaling is included wherever it applies and has never been a separate line on a bill. It is why tenancy cleans allow extra time for the bathroom, and why we soften the rinse water before cleaning a pale wool carpet.
Share a visit with a neighbour
Last-minute slots mostly appear because we are already heading your way. If a neighbour wants something done the same morning, tell us. Two jobs at one stop means less waiting around for both households.
Questions we get asked
Are prices the same in every area?
Yes. A bedroom carpet costs £36 in Barnehurst and £36 in Erith, and the same list runs across DA5, DA7, DA8, DA15 and DA16.
My street is not listed. Will you still come?
Usually. The area pages show where we go most weeks, not a limit. We also work around Bexley Village, Falconwood, Slade Green, Belvedere and towards Crayford. Call with your road name.
Which areas can you reach fastest?
Barnehurst and Northumberland Heath, since they are on the same run out of town. Old Bexley takes a little longer to set up, since the village lanes are narrow.
Why do you ask about my drive?
A short hose means hotter water at the carpet, and a packed garage or utility room adds time to a full clean, which we then book in.
