Phoning is the quickest way to reach us. Someone answers from 8am to 7pm, seven days running, and most jobs can be priced during the call. A studio tenancy clean is £156, a carpeted bedroom £36, a single oven £77 and a weekly cleaner £23 an hour. Card or bank transfer both work.

We are probably standing next to a noisy machine. Leave your postcode and a quick description of the job, and we will call you back the same day.
Useful things to have ready
- Moving out: the number of bedrooms, when you hand back the keys, and if the carpets are included.
- For regular cleaning, how often you want us and how many bathrooms you have. In hard-water Bexleyheath, bathrooms affect the time more than bedrooms do.
- Carpets: which rooms, whether you have a through lounge, and how many flights of stairs.
- The kind of oven (single, double, 90cm range or AGA) and whether the hob and hood need cleaning.
- Deep clean? The things you would be most annoyed to find still dirty at the end.

Evenings and weekends cost the same as a weekday morning. Tuesday and Wednesday mornings on the regular round go first, so if you need a particular time, call a week ahead.
Getting the kit in
Ovens and carpets both mean a fair amount of equipment coming in, so let us know if your drive will be free, and mention any steps up to the door, because a full carpet machine is a two-person carry.
What can move a start time
Month end, for one, when check-outs bunch up and the tenancy diary is full for about a week. Houses set above the road on the streets towards Northumberland Heath are another, as the machine goes up with two of us. Winter drying near water is the last, which is why we book carpets in Erith and by the Cray for the morning. None of this changes what you pay.
Rough prices
Tenancy cleans follow bedrooms (studio £156, four-bed £425), with the oven charged on top. Carpet cleaning is £36 per bedroom, £43 for a lounge and £41 per flight of stairs. Oven cleaning starts at £77 for a single. Weekly help is £23 an hour per cleaner, fortnightly £24, and team deep cleans begin at £186. One-off jobs have a £67 minimum.
