This page sets out how we handle your personal information when you ask us about cleaning in Bexleyheath.
What we collect
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. Nothing more is collected.
What it is used for
To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. The legal basis is the steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, followed by our legitimate interest in running the job.
Keeping your details
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who has access
Your details are seen by the office team and by the cleaners allocated to your booking. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

Your rights
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 2940 and we will deal with it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you are not satisfied.
